We are maintaining well and are in no need of revitalization.” That statement is made every day in ministry.Soon, with a surprised look on the face of pastors and leaders, a vision of a dying church is starring right at them. Revitalization is not waiting for the problem to occur; it is moving a church forward before the problem arrives. The moment a church enters the maintaining stages they peak at the top of the roller coaster and begin their rapid descent. What’s working and what’s not? Sometimes it is helpful to have someone from the outside assess what you are doing, how you are doing it, and evaluate your effectiveness.Through a written ministry evaluation completed by the leadership team (pastor, staff, deacons, teachers, etc.) we will uncover what the team believes is the mission and objectives of each area of ministry. We will also discover if your team understands and has a biblical reason for what they do.An on-site evaluation provides a look into your facilities, policies and procedures, teacher evaluations, among many other aspects to assist you in determining the areas that are effective as well as those areas in need of tweaking.

This unique web based data system measures three targeted criteria for the church: Spritutal Gifts, God Given Personalities, Learning Styles.

We are being blessed by having the opportunity to get into the corporate world and have a spiritual influence.  God’s truth works everywhere.There is no such thing as spiritual life and secular life.
